To use LingoMeister, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activity under your account
• Create only one account per person

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Users under 18 should have parental consent before using LingoMeister.

LingoMeister is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our learning algorithms
• Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Not upload malicious code or content

All content on LingoMeister — including translations, exercises, lesson materials, design elements, the Leo mascot, and our spaced repetition algorithms — is owned by LingoMeister and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, or republish our learning content
• Use our content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works without permission
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

The following conduct is prohibited on LingoMeister:

• Harassing or abusing other users or staff
• Attempting to cheat or manipulate progress/scores
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the platform to distribute spam or malware
• Impersonating others or providing false information
• Circumventing security measures or access controls

We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted access to LingoMeister. However, we do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service
• Perform scheduled maintenance with minimal disruption
• Update features and content without prior notice

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes or prolonged downtime.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in behavior that harms our platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your access to LingoMeister will cease, and your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

LingoMeister is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

• Specific learning outcomes or fluency levels
• Accuracy or completeness of all translations
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That the service will meet your specific requirements

Our content is for educational purposes only. We are not responsible for how you use the knowledge gained from LingoMeister.
